RT-Engineering-FacilityRT Engineering Corporation is a leading Northeast provider of custom industrial controls, automation, and factory modernization solutions. Founded in 1972, RT strengthens U.S. manufacturers by designing, building, installing, and servicing advanced machines and motion control systems that power productivity and reduce downtime.

With understanding of the production challenges manufacturers face, RT extends a wealth of mechanical and electrical engineering expertise, component distribution via leading suppliers, and 24-hour field support.

Our History

RT was established by two entrepreneurial engineers seeking to provide a level of on-site factory service that didn’t exist at the time. In 2010, RT acquired Hatch Technologies and expanded to a new facility to accommodate growth and new service offerings. From its humble beginnings, RT has evolved to include a comprehensive suite of custom automation and controls engineering and equipment distribution that provides a wide range of components at competitive prices.

Mission

The underlying purpose of RT is to preserve U.S. companies and jobs by keeping customers competitive in the global marketplace through the use of automation, innovation and technology. Where manufacturers are often challenged to do more with less, RT strives to support operations as production demands ebb and flow.

Values

As a service provider, RT accepts the customer’s challenge as its own, keeping a laser-focus on customer interests. These include desired specifications, timing, quality, cost and decision-making. The goal is perfection, but if issues arise, RT makes every effort to provide the best possible alternative or remedy.
