Custom Assembly Automation

RT Technology specializes in the design and build of high throughput assembly systems for a wide array of industries. Our systems utilize synchronous, asynchronous pallet, and linear transfer systems to deliver precise motions and repeatable assembly. Our flexible assembly systems are reconfigurable for changing product requirement and feature Cartesian and SCARA robots and servo driven manipulators. All of our systems feature closed loop sensing and optional end of line inspection or testing to ensure the quality of your products.

Capabilities

Our team of application specialists and design engineers will work with you to design a system to meet your throughput and quality. All of our designs are modeled in 3D software from SolidWorks®, ProEngineer®, or AutoCad Inventor® to ensure the quality of your design.

A custom designed control system is developed to accompany the mechanical systems. Our systems feature Allen Bradley PLC’s, Dell PC’s and are designed to withstand the rigors of demanding manufacturing environments.

Typical project teams include a project leader, operations coordinator, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and software engineers. The manufacturing of your system will take place in our state of the art facility by a team of experienced technicians and manufacturing engineers.
