RT Engineering specializes in the design and build of high throughput processing and assembly systems for the Life Science and Pharmaceutical industries. Our systems utilize synchronous, asynchronous pallet, and linear transfer systems to deliver precise and repeatable motions. Our flexible assembly systems are reconfigurable for changing product requirement and feature Cartesian and SCARA robots and servo driven manipulators. All of our systems feature closed loop sensing and optional end of line inspection or testing to ensure the quality of your products. RT Engineering also designs and builds fixtures and equipment for proof of principle ramp-ups for pilot programs.

Capabilities
Our team of design engineers will work with you to design equipment to meet your throughput and quality requirements. All of our designs are modeled in 3D software using SolidWorks, ProEngineer, or Autodesk Inventor to ensure the quality of your design.
A custom designed control system is developed to accompany the mechanical systems. Our systems feature PLC’s or PC’s as required, and is designed to withstand the rigors of demanding manufacturing environments.
Typical project teams include a project leader, operations coordinator, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers and software engineers. The manufacturing of your equipment will take place in our facility by a team of experienced technicians and manufacturing engineers.
