Whether you are manufacturing cables, PC boards, connectors, medical devices or sporting goods we can create a system that will test your product and assure your quality requirements. Our systems will allow you to store and manage the testing data acquired and can integrate into your factory SCADA or MES system for plant wide monitoring and control.
RT Engineering has developed factory hardened testing systems for automotive products, electronics, fiber optics, and sporting goods; as well as lighter duty bench top laboratory systems to test process repeatability. We have integrated Hi Pot testers, pressure leak testers, electrical testers, and specialty physical property testers. Our team of application specialists and design engineers will work with you to design a test system to meet your throughput and quality demands. All of our designs are modeled in 3D software from SolidWorks®, ProEngineer®, or AutoCad Inventor® to ensure the quality of your design.
A custom designed control system is developed to accompany the mechanical systems. A typical control system will integrate a system level PC, an Allen Bradley PLC, and the testing system controller. Our software engineers can create an easy to use and intuitive Human Machine Interface (HMI) to fit your operational and data acquisition needs.
Typical project teams include a project leader, operations coordinator, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and software engineers. The manufacturing of your system will take place in our state of the art facility by a team of experienced technicians and manufacturing engineers.
